Happy New Year to our friends and family. Our family braved the cold (all of our friends in upstate New York are laughing at that...) and went to the New Year's Eve celebration at the Gettysburg Square last night. Great moments include Rich, Shea and Atlee chicken-dancing on the Square with 250 other people at 11:00 at night, the looks of pure bliss on Shea and Atlee's faces when Rich bought them crazy light-up swords, and my favorite quote of the night... Rich asks Atlee how she's doing and Atlee says, "It's freeking cold and let's go home." They managed to endure a half-hour of fireworks before heading home. I've never seen two kids so happy to go to bed.

You are so right about us "Upstate New Yorkers" We have SOOOOO much snow right now and, like always, those balmy January temps that we love so much. It is so nice to only drive 10 miles to work in this stuff vs driving through the "notch". Remind me again why I moved from Central Florida to the Arctic Circle????? Oh yeah....my husband......
Hi,
Loved the pictures.
Love and Kisses!!
