Not Quite Instant Karma

So a few days ago my brother in law posted as his status on Facebook something about how he still wasn't feeling well. He's been sick on and off a lot this winter. Smart ass that I am, I posted a comment about how he was just being a squealer and my father would tell him it was all in his head.

I'm sick and while it does seem to be mostly in my head, I'm pretty sure I'm not imagining it. And no, I'm not squealing. I'm sharing.

CRAP - why did you mention FB?

Now I've gotta go check out what everyone else from high school that I don't care about and haven't thought about in YEARS is doing...

I hope you feel better soon!

Take your temperature. Being sick is always more satisfying if you can point at the thermometer and say, "See, I really am sick."

Mind you, that doesn't actually do anything to help get you better. And usually by the time I get to that point, I'm too sick to care. (But it is one of the ways I determine if I'm entitled to a sick day, or if I'm just whiny because I have a cough.)

Now, you see. You've inadvertently made me understand your aversion to Twitter and having another internet thingy to play with ... because I recently turned my Facebook off for that very reason. I'm totally bit by the Twit. Sucker.

Be well and rest up!
